The Small Print.
At the point of booking credit card details will be requested. A booking is only considered confirmed once these details have been received. These details are kept completely confidential and are discarded upon payment at check-out. Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX. Once you have made your booking please be aware of our 72 hour cancellation period. In order to cancel a room you must call Oswalds directly on 01845 523655, you do not incur charges if you cancel a room before the 72 hour period prior to your booking. Cancellation within this 72 ours will incur charges as follows; 72 - 24 hours prior to booking you will be charged 50% of the anticipated revenue for your entire stay, cancellation 24 hours upto check-in will incur charges of 100% of the anticipated revenue for your entire stay. You can check-in to your room from 2.30pm and must be checked-out by 11am the morning of your departure. |
