Portland Crab cakes with sticky chilli jam
Pickled cucumber ribbons and chive crème fraiche .
Pressed ham hock and foie gras terrine served with grape and brandy chutney & fresh pea shoots.
Curried parsnip soup served with our freshly baked bread.
Carpaccio of local venison with extra virgin olive oil and parmesan shavings.
In preparation for your main course we are then pleased to serve :-
Passion fruit & champagne sorbet.

Fillet of Halibut roasted on it’s skin, with Jerusalem artichoke risotto and seared scallops.
Roasted fillet of award winning Yorkshire Dales beef with celeriac purree, pomme pont neuf , fine winter roots and spring leaves, truffled jus and foie grass noissette.
Rack of Yorkshire Dales lamb with turned Provencale vegetables, buttered mashed potatoes, red wine ,rosemary & thyme jus.
Millefuille of spring vegetables with sun blushed tomatoes, black olives, Yorkshire blue cheese, served with buttered new potatoes and fine baby leaves.
